Been a few times, 5 star experience each time. Have had Peter do mine more than once and very satisfied with him. He’s been very friendly

They don't care what you tell them to do. Their filing of the nail is a lick and a promise. They don't get the cuticle. They need to clean the black carpet where they keep the nail color. They need to speak English only in front of the client. This is not only zen, it is all Vietnamese nail salons.

The woman that ended up doing my nails kept trying to talk me out of getting a full set and finally she did and she said the gel nail Polish with my real nails would look just the same and it hasn't even been a week and my nails don't look half as great as if I would have gotten a full set then the gel nail Polish

Amazing all around! I have never once had a bad experience. Marcus is the only person I will let touch my nails.

All of the reviews on here both negative and positive are true. Your experience depends entirely on who you get. Call ahead for Marcus or Tracy. They're good and they care about your experience there. I walked in once at closing accidentally (I didn't realize they were closing) and Marcus stayed open to do my nails and feet. I've gotten others who were rushed and hurt my fingers and did a horrible job and looked like they'd rather be anyplace on earth then sitting there doing my nails. It's pure luck if you don't call ahead unfortunately. If you find another Asian salon that isn't this way please tell me because this has been my experience everywhere. This is one of the cleanest places I've been though, probably because they just opened.

Worst service I have ever received been there a few times and everytime a day or 2 later the nail breaks.. Every time! The costumer service is awful, it's way over priced! I was robbed.. Will NOT be going back! Hated every minute of it

Zen spa looks fancy on the inside and it may be clean, but the service is terrible. I've been there 3 times. The first was awful, the lady hurt my feet and I was bleeding. Another visit, I was getting a pedi and the guy rushed because he was almost off the clock. He hurt my feet and wasn't gentle at all. He put scorching hot towels on my legs before letting them cool. I complained to the manager and the manager could've cared less about my bad experience. I will never go back there again!

I love going to Zen Nails! After reading some of these reviews, I'm like Are we talking about the same place? The owners are very particular about how the customer is treated. If you don't like something, they will try to make it right. The shop is very clean! Black rugs will show dust in any household, especially one where nail dust is a constant. To me that would be a constant battle. They are wonderful people who really do care about the customer.

They do not clean their tools! Both my mom and my friend have gotten a fungus under their nails from that place! Less than 24 hours later my mom went back and told them about her nails and asked if they would take her nails off and give her a refund because of the fungus. They said no refunds and they would charge $15 for them to take off the acrylics. Horrible place and they were pretty rude with me when I went before my mom ever went there.

I went today to get a full set because my birthday is tomorrow. I specifically told them I wanted a matte finish. He proceeded to paint my nails and didn't do a matte coat. When I asked him why he didn't he said he didn't know what that was! The manager came to help and used a nail file to scrape off the shine. My nails were spotty and had scratchs all over them! And the worst part was he broke skin around almost every single finger from his aggressive use of equipment. I had to go home and try to repaint everything. And my fingers are in so much pain. I will NEVER go back!

amazing i went in yesterday to get a spa pedi for my birthday and to get me nails filled in the place was amazing looking the building had no smell like normal nail places it feels more like a spa and a in out nail place i will be going back ty

I love going here! I will not go anywhere else but here unless I am out of town. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere and very soothing.

I had a full set of nails done. One completely fell off & the acrylic just peeled off. The acrylic is lifting off on all my nails. They were rough & tried to push me to come back.
