I took my truck in to have the steering looked at because it had a dead spot in it. Every time I called to check on the status, they told me they would have to check with the technician and call me back. They NEVER call back. I called and asked for the service manager...he was busy. Whenever I did talk to the manager he was rude and acted like I was being petty for expecting good service. It took them 4 days to tell me that my pitman arm nut was loose and needed to be tightened. They charged me $225.00 to tighten the nut. They said it took them 2.5 hours to do that. What a joke. Now my steering wheel is crooked. The steering still doesn't feel right. We will not be taking our vehicles there ever again. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE FIXED!!!!!!

They are the worst dealer ship you can go to, even if you buy a new truck from them, they will find any reason not to fix it......that's why I drive a RAM now.
