Had my full eye exam that comes every year, everyone was very caring and the exam was painless as usually. Dr. Shrum is wonderful

My OD is Chase Hilton. He is so meticulous and Professional. He never fails to make me feel comfortable. The Office is awesome. I have never had to wait for my appointments. It is a pleasure from the time you enter and leave. I HIGHLY recommend this Office.

I had an appointment for 8:45 on Wed 02/27/19. They took me right inand started the Exam The staff was on the ball and Dr. Schrum entered and started on my exam. I was out of there shortly after 8:45. I would tell everyone how things went and they should try them.

Quick, easy, and painless! The staff are amazing and very helpful. Dr. Hilton was extremely personable! It was a wonderful first experience. I highly recommend the Cleveland Berkeley Eye Center team!

I have been going to Berkeley eye center in Cleveland for many years now. I have absolutely never had a problem with them nor their staff. They have fantastic frame designs and I'm always pleased when I walk out.

Very helpful staff and overall experiemce was very good. Eye exam amd surgery were not as bad as I had feared. Everyone helped me to relax and feel comfortable with the procedure. Will return for future exams.

Fantastic! Ladies at the front desk were attentive and friendly. Jennifer and Dr. Chase were knowledgable and had a professional yet compassionate manner. James was extremely helpful in trying to find frames and lenses that worked for me. I've found my new opthomology home! Thank you!
