The worst return policy ever cheap products will not uphold there own three day warrantee,people are rude .will never use dot wireless again!

Manager Erica refused to stand behind their warranty after buying a new phone. 2 days after I bought it phone froze up and never worked again. Erica was very rude and also refused to get in touch with the owner about this. There is a 3 day warranty and phone quit working in 2 days. She never even looked at the phone. BAD BUSINESS. I WASTED OVER $100.00. Then I had to go to Walmart to buy another phone,
