Very upset about the Frappe's, when you order a large Frappe it should be filled to the top, just like the pictures. I don't mean filled 3/4 of the way with mix and then put cream on top to make it look full. These things cost alot, i expect to have a full cup of mix, not be told by the manager and staff that it's the machines fault , it measures the amount to be given, Well it's a person that puts in the amount for the machine to make, the adjusted size or quantity was figured by a person. Customer satifaction don't mean anything at this McDonalds, all the other McDonald's I have been to, I have not had this problem, there machines mix the right amounts,so why can't this McDonalds do the same? Guess I can wait for Burger King to create some thing of the same and maybe they'll be better at customer service.
