I'm really disappointed because I believed in HW, Mat and you, and only to be let down. It's been almost a year since I started this conversation with HW. And email after email, it's the same, another excuse. The parts I sent were working parts. The motor shell had some rust to the outside, but functioning all the same. I had another VPI which I purchased some time ago on Ebay, but that machine was unfortunately stolen while I was away visiting my daughters in New York. I've always believed in taking people at their word, and after waiting so long, I lost the faith. In my last email I sent, I requested for an return shipping estimate so that you can return my parts to me, and I'll find a carpenter to construct a cabinet for me. And even with that, my request was ignored. I'm certain that HW assumed that someone would fulfill his part of our agreement, but it appears that no one cared enough to follow-up on it. I'm really tired, lost the faith in everyone involved and in your company. Please provide me with the most economical shipping estimate to have my parts returned to me.
