the nurses and other staff are backstabbing and do not support the CNA's. no advancement or decent appreciation. they love to tell you wrong wrong wrong. they bring in mental patients from Catawba and expect inexperienced CNA's to care for these people and chase them all over the building while the regular patients get less care. this is all done for more money for the facility. they have no interest in the patients themselves. In the community they are known as the golden killing center. they are looked down upon by all. the bad reputation precedes them. the building sits on an old dump site and stays full of roaches no matter what they do. its filthy. its disgusting. I will never work there again nor would i take my dog there. let alone another relative.
