They were rude to their clients. The Manager called one client "a waste of time". I brought this deal on living social to get a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing for $20. I see why it's $20. I will never go here again. The only reason I am giving them 1star is because I had to in order to submit the deal.

This place overbooks appointments, takes to many walk ins and is understaffed. I went in to get my OPI soak off gel polish changed and they had me soaking my nails for 2hrs while, the very old and slow nail tech did a pedicure and what seemed like a full body wax. The manager Teresa is a very money hungry individual, she continued to take walk ins even though she was already behind. They rush the service and do a half a** job.
