BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! My bf & I went to Corbo Jewelers & found the "ring of my dreams" we are getting engaged soon & we were very impressed with the ring selection,so we ordered it (they had to custom order it from cali)(we also ordered the matching wedding band) The setting came in & looked like a KNOCK OFF of the ring that was in the case. It has a BLACK diamond & 1 MISSING! IS THAT HOW YOU SELL A RING TO SOMEONE?? We were VERY dissapointed. Thank god he showed it to me because if he got down on 1 knee & propsed w/a ring that had a missing diamond & a black one too, I wouldve been mortified. Needless to say, my boyfriend called & as you can imagine was very angry. The man said that he can refund the setting but NOT the wedding band. My boyfriend was truly upset because we have no use for the band now as it will not match another ring. THIS WAS A SET. HE BASICALLY LOST $1,000 and Corbo Jewelers had terrible attitudes & were not nice about it. They refused to make a refund. BEWARE!
