09/01/08I have moved in the past with several moving companies. And I have never seen the professionalism that I did with Metro Mover from Clifton NJ. They are indeed the best choice that I have taken this year. I would like to thank Danny and Joe for coming out to my home and giving me an onsite estimate, And Forman, Shan and Crew for taking care of my personal Items. "Truly a five star company." After several moves in the last few years, I found these wonderful movers on my own! It was a short move from Ridgewood NJ to Bloomfield NJ. -some added extras to be picked up in Glen RocK NJ from my son's house along the way! The 3 men and their large truck arrived at 10 AM, and never stopped packing and lugging until 12N, when they were totally finished removing all of my belongings from my Ridgewood home. The 1/2 hour drive to Bloomfield also served aa their LUNCH time, as they ate food from home on the way. Upon arrival they jumped right back to work, loading and unloading one elevator load after another, placing my boxes, clothes, and furniture in the designated rooms, and unpacking the wardrobes right onto the closet rods. It was by far the smoothest move I have ever made. I had scheduled the cable/phone/tv/computer hook up for 3-5 pm, never expecting them on time, but after the movers left at 2:30, I grabbed a bite to eat, the cable man came, and at 5pm, I was in my chair -remote in hand, taking a break! WOW!



The 3 men worked effeciently, quietly, and were truly a perfect team! Danny, the "boss" was very polite and knowledgeable, and had all the paperwork ready, had advised me of the payment process, and the entire event (not ordeal) took 4.5 hours exactly! I was thrilled, impressed, and would HIGHLY recommend Metro Movers in Clifton NJ to anyone that needs help moving anything from and to anywhere! They really are the best I have ever seen!

It says Alot when the owner of the company shows up during the move with a small gift. What a professional group of men. Hardworking and attentive to all small details. Thank you so Much Metro Movers as a single mom with two small daughters I will recommend you everywhere. Lisa Rosini

Not all customers can be 100% satisfied and damages will happen. We have always worked very hard to satisfy our customers, and will continue to do so.

Metro Movers not only damaged some of items during the move to Florida, but they lost TWO of my boxes and reneged on our settlement agreement. I had to file claim with the BBB and will file suit in small claims court to resolve this. What a mess! They don't deserve the one star rating but the page won't advance unless I highlight at least one star.

Choosing Metro Movers in Clifton was the best decision I have made.Their friendly and professional movers arrived on time and proformed a flawless job.My family and I would like to congratulate Metro Movers for their excellence.ThankfullyIra Kurz MD.
