Was supposed to pick me up between 930-10am; however, our street was closed due to paving, so I called Logistic Care to ask transport to pick me up at corner- SINCE STREET WAS CLOSED FOR PAVING. Between 945 and 1029 AM, Logistic Care Rep could not get through Prime Care! Therefore, I asked Logistic Care to cancel my ride at 1029am!!



At 1030am, Prime Care was in front of my house (how did van get passed the cops, I wonder?). Driver argued with 88 yr old, claiming that he had called me, and, that he was on time for my pick up. My appointment was for 1030am at doctor's office, so, how was this driver on time for my pick up to go to doctor's office??



Seriously, perhaps they should spend less time giving demonstrations to school children and do the jobs they are supposed to be doing: transporting for Logistic Care, and, being on time for a scheduled appointment, not showing up at the time of an appointment!!
