Gave 1 star because I HAD TOO!!! This bank is full of people that only make mistakes. I mean, it's normal to have ppl make mistakes but this bank is full of imcompetant people. If you happen to have a ValleyNational Bank account, take a drive to the one on Allwood Rd in Clifton your money will be more secure.
