This was my first time ever receiving a professional massage and I was very impressed! John was fantastic and nothing short of what I had expected to get out of the experience. Will definitely continue going to advanced body works any time I book another massage!

Mr. Mitchell is, hands down, the best massage therapist and personal trainer I have ever been to. His regularly-scheduled massages have given me much more migraine relief than prior years of medication and chiropractic work. His personal training is phenomenal. I'm never bored, and I have never worked harder. He knows how to work with the individual based on personality, interest, and need, which I think boils to a rare combination of experience, education, and intuitive intelligence on his part. Mr. Mitchell is highly respectful of the individual, professional, kind, fit for all lines of his business, and he keeps an immaculate work place. With his unique set of skills, he can guide the individual to value his or her own health and well being. He can challenge you, heal you, and share with you the skills you need to permanently and reasonably change your lifestyle for the better. You just bring the will. Couldn’t recommend him more. He's truly gifted in his field---a rare treasure.

I have never had such a deep therapeutic massage before. John clearly identified my problem areas and focused on them intently. He even found areas that I didn't know were a problem. If you are an athlete or avid workout buff, John knows what he is doing and you will be pleased with the results. He also offers other types of massages, like Swedish and Hot Stone, etc. I intend to continue monthly massages with John.

I had a stiff neck and sore shoulder, after the hour long massage I was much more relaxed. The pain was reduced by 75% & my fingers stop twitching. I think I need to get a massage more often. Thank you Advanced Bodyworks.

John was very professional and helpful! I went in there with a migraine and severe neck/shoulder pain and left just about pain free and no migraine! He explained things as he went along so I would understand what it was doing for me. Can't wait until my next visit!
