They damaged my car on Friday manager said owner would call me by 8. The owner never did. I called back next day. The manager was rude. I told the manager to have the owner call me or I was going to police. The manager told me if I make this hard on him he'll make it hard on me.

I went to this car wash on Feb. 20, 2013 and had a very bad experience. When I got home after the wash, I found that there were scratches on my car that were not there prior to going through. I immediately called the car wash and told them what had happened, and they took a message and said that the owner would be getting in touch with me. Today is March 11, and I have still not heard back from the owner. I left several messages to no avail.



My car is a 2012 Ford Focus, so anyone with a car like mine should not go through the wash. The scratches are on the fronts of both mirrors, along the drivers side, and above the passenger side wheel well. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
