DONT GO THERE The customer service is HORRIBLE

I bought a Weber Gas grill for Fathers day -they sold me the one on the floor when we got it up to camp it didn't have an ignighter - they promised us it was on order so after a week we went back and they still didn't have it and promised us they were ordering another grill and would take it from there - well that didn't happen. So the next day we call and they said they had the part and would come up and install it because I paid $30 for assembly so I certainly am not going to install it myself. They never show up so we call again - the guy we spoke to (John )had the day off so he wasn't going to come that day either. Then we ask to speak to the store manager Brian and he never called us back so we call AGAIN and the person on the other end of the phone says Brian went home for the day and hangs up on us. So they are getting the grill back and I will never shop there again even though they are much closer than Home Depot and Lowes

They are the friendliest people and quite knowledgeable about what they sell. I am willing to pay a few pennies more there to be able to speak to someone who knows what I am asking.
