I had a few couch seat cushion covers to be cleaned, there were water stains on it, and was told they could be dry cleaned.
First thing - this guy calls me and tells me that the zippers of these cushion covers are broken (they were not), so they broke them.
Second, when I collected the covers, they were still dirty, they looked as they were merely pressed - when I asked the older gentleman (!), he started shouting and said that they can't take the water stains out. So why did you take these in the first place. I spent $45 to get three 2X2 cushion covers pressed and in the bargain got the covers back dirty and with broken zippers.
And to have to deal with the guy's yelling.
Please don't waste your money here - these guys probably just spray and press your stuff and not really clean them and may actually damage your stuff and foist it on you.
We will be taking our business elsewhere now.
Bad experience.
