Provided by YP.comDon't do business with this company. Their rental property on Crow between Yellow Jacket and Poplar street is a mess. There is a Sycamore tree that is in bad need of cutting, the limbs interfer with power lines, phone lines, and the tree is ready to fall on adjacent property. The backyard is full of trash which promotes rats and other vermin. They only rent to 3d world countries looking to relocate somewhere else. All their property in the area of Clinton HS, Clinton, AR is way too high. There are rental homes in the area renting for well under $500. If the city won't do anything perhaps the Health Department will!!!
Where do I start? Our Enchanted lady lives next door, with dogs tied up on a 4x6 porch, lets them poop on neighbors yard, puts her trash out with our renters but does not pay, does not know what we charge to rent, and we do not discriminate against anyone from any country if they pay their rent. I can only imagine what the inside of her house looks like with 3 cats and 2 dogs inside a 800 sq ft home. I haven't forgot about the $100 I loaned you last year when you weren't working so you could keep your power on. Maybe she is mad that I wouldn't rent to her with 5 inside pets. Chris Graham
