3 out of 4 times I was turned away even after I had an appointment, I even received text messages reminding me of my appointment, very sad.
once I was told to come back in an hour and they'd fit me in, so twice I was happy with my cut, this last time I was turned away will be my last. there are plenty of other places to go. not sure how they are still in business
