The doctor was more than understanding with an anxious cat owner, and kind to my cat, not to mention professional and helpful by explaining certain things to me that another vet might not have taken the time to explain. She has been the family vet for many years, and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Their ad says Quality Venterinary Care At Reasonable Prices...New Patients Always Welcome...called to see if I could get my dog in as a new paitent she seems to be in distress and has a mass forming in abdominal area and one eye developed cloudyness and bloodshot red around white of eye and was told they are too busy to take any new patients now and they would put me on list to see if any openings come up... month later still no call from them, second time they have turned me away. wont be a third. have taken pets to them in past but not in the future. Found Vet in Quad Cities that found a way to work us in that day. Taking my money and pets out of town

We called to bring in our family dog because she was dying and we needed help fast. We were told that the office was busy and the doctor was out, and to come back another time. We called another hospital who took us immediately, and were very good with our loss. We will be using the other vet from now on. We used that hospital for over 25 years. Not anymore. There are other issues throughout the past years that I have not liked as well.

the Dr is friendly with animals and owners,. if there are any issues that need to be addressed, she is more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

My dogs were treated with loving and caring hands. would recommend to any pet owners.
