It's a shame I can't give a zero star rating. This place is beyond shady and a hassle to live in. I'm ecstatic that we'll be moving out, here's why. Druggies. They can preach about their "zero tolerance" policies and how their properties are "drug free zones".. but myself and several others I know here and on the bluff disagree. They'll deal/use drugs right in front of you and mgmt has done nothing about it. Our young kids don't need to be around that sort of crap. When I could actually get a hold of mgmt (who is never around during set "business" hours) they just shrugged it off.. because to them, it's money. Money which they'll never put towards these dilapidated dwellings that are falling apart as we speak, which are the least energy efficient sties you'll ever see. Then there's the loud-mouth, party animal college kids. Whenever asked to turn down their music, it became a confrontation.. and guess what.. MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE. Don't waste your time in this section 8 housing.

Don't rent from them they are slim landlord the maintenance crew especially one half associates does the job. They don't repair the tile in the laundry room has been torn up for more then six months. They enter your apt without your permission and allow anyone with the $ to move in. The office manager is never available along with the owner and the carpets in the hallways are ragged and torn.
