Very slow and not willing to work with customers

I order two sandwiches and it took over 1 hour and 15 mins to get the sandwiches. I made 2 phone calls to check on the order and talked to the mangers. They offered no excuse or apology for being so slow other then they were short drivers. Great place to eat but not for deliver.
