I approached this crew when I saw them working on a house in the neighborhood. I asked them to stop over to give an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable as they said they were already entrenched in the area and were planning on cold-called everyone in the neighborhood.



This was probably a mistake on their part. It seems like they overextended themselves. We set a date for them to come to start, and two weeks later they showed up. We agreed on 4 total trees to be worked on, but by the end of the 2nd day they only had 3 done.



The next week the guy came to my door and asked for money. I told him I wouldn t pay until the 4th tree was done as we agreed on. They came back about a week later and did an ok job, but left some of their equipment in my yard. I called them and asked them to remove it about 2 weeks ago but it s still sitting there. I guess they don t want it?



Anyway, the price is good, and when they finally commit to getting something done it seems quick and efficient. But I think they tend to get in over their heads with the amount of projects they take on with such a small crew (I only ever saw 3 guys involved in the WHOLE neighborhood project.)



Overall, a pretty unprofessional setup in my opinion. I won t call them back again.
