I only like to leave good reviews....but I have to be honest. Today was the 2nd time in a years span that we have walked into SLOPS. First time they only had drinks, they didnt serve food yet, so we had a few drinks...and left. Wasn't impressed. This time they serve food, so we gave it another shot. NOT IMPRESSED! We walked in around 12:30 PM ...they were NOT busy...a few people at the bar...and one table of young adults who seemed to be done eating and ready to leave. My husband and I....sat down...and another party of 3 sat down near us. We were in that bar a good 10-15 min...and NO GREETING from anyone....or even asked if we need a drink or menus. No acknowledgement what so ever. SO.....we got up and walked out. NEVER TO RETURN. VERY UNFRIENDLY...and we have no idea how they remain open? We did have a happy ending to our day... :D We took our business to RAYS TIME OUT ....the parking lot was packed and so was the inside, but we were still greeted immediately! We were given, seats, menus and drinks right away. Our waitress was a very pleasant blonde girl name "Nikki"...and we will always go back to a place that greets us with a smile no matter how busy they are. RAYS TIME OUT...we loved it. :D (Btw...we live 45 min away ..and have no personal ties to either place, we knew no one in either bar.) I'm only telling you we had a great meal and service at RAYS TIME OUT....and SLOPS lives up to their name..... SLOPPY AND RUDE! ~~~)
