Provided by YP.comI was so disappointed after hearing good reviews about this store. Unfortunately, I found the employees to be rude and non-responsive. The appliances may be great, but the customer service is NOT. Go somewhere else...

Provided by YP.comWhen we built our house we needed all appliances.We were having our cabinet maker make panels for the refrigerator doors. THe other appliance companies told us we couldnt have the 25cubic 3 door and had to go with the 20 cubic 3 door refrigerator for panels on the front.Zirkelbachs were the only ones that said they could do that because Maytag and Jenair are the same company and switch doors out.Because they went outside the box on providing a solution and service we bought all appliances from them.
