VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE:

I am new to the community and needed to have my muffler repaired. I saw the sign that read "exhaust service" so I thought I would see how much it would cost me to get my muffler repaired at Blackburn Tire. I walked in and waited patiently to be helped. A woman behind the counter asked me what I needed (she was very polite) and I proceeded to tell her that I just wanted to have my muffler looked at and priced. As one of the shop employees stated he could take a quick look at it, a man behind the counter named "Mike" as his nametag read said angrily and as if I wasn't there "We Have scheduled work for the day!" I replied that I didn't need it fixed today I was just wondering how much it would cost. He repeated "We have to get on that water pump!" To which I replied "That's fine I can just go somewhere else" to which "Mike seemed very pleased with. As I walked out the door the kind woman behind the desk was attempting to apologize for "Mike."
