I STRONGLY recommend that you take your business somewhere else. The service from Hobson Interiors is VERY poor. 3 years after Hobson installed our new carpet, it needed to be stretched. It took mulitple phone calls to get someone to talk to me at that time. Several years later it needs to be stretched again. We had another company come look at the carpet and he told us that this is the worst shape he has seen carpet of this age and the carpet is likely defective. When I called to discuss this issue and ask for Hobson to come out and look at it, he was very arrogant. When I mentioned the second opinion that we rec'd, he became rude and angry. Hobson told me that this other company did not know what they were talking about (Hobson had not seen my problem or listen to my full complaint: we have 3-7 bumps that look like carpet had been laid over a broom handle in mulitple rooms). He told me that I could not pay his company to come out and stretch my carpet and to take my business somewhere else. He also told me I could sue him if I wanted to, he did not care. This from the owner who previously told me that his business does not have to advertise, but relies on repeat customers and "word of mouth" to promote his business.

Avoid this business at all costs. There is absolutely no pride in workmanship, and no follow up by the owner. They came into my home 3 times, and they still couldn't get the job done right. The tile person yelled at me and had every excuse possible as to why the job looked horrible. He actually told me if I wanted it done right I had to supervise his brother while he was doing the work. The owner was outside our house talking to our builder and never bothered to come in to see how the job was going (knowing we were having issues). Six months later I still don't have a bathroom I can use. Ridiculous. This is not how you do business!
