I have a friend who resides in Jackson, Ms that had a birthday on June 13th. I wanted to do something a little special for them and since I live in Northern California it required the help of someone else in Jackson. I called Mark at FRP & explained that what I wanted to do would require precise execution of detail and time management - was he interested in handling this for me? He was happy to do so and assured me he would make sure his attention to detail would be unparalleled - and it was. I ordered a nice meal from Logan's Roadhouse To Go. I gave Mark a list of things to double check before leaving the restaurant... ie: Ribeye cooked exactly MR sobit wouldn't be over-cooked upon arrival,the side dishes were correct, the 2 different salad dressings were present, roasted peanuts were included, and disposable flatware. I didn't want the boxes tipped and food spilling or getting blended together. It was extremely important to me my friend receive a GREAT MEAL on his birthday. Mark followed through and the meal was prepared perfectly and he took great care in making sure of that plus keeping it that way during the drive to the delivery location. The one "speed bump" I was concerned with as I needed a Diet Mountain Dew to be delivered with the meal but that's not a common beverage seen in a soda fountain. I asked Mark if he would mind making a 2nd stop to pick up the beverage and again, he was happy to accommodate my request. My friend said upon Mark's arrival he was extremely polite and explained the delivery & meal to him - this was a surprise and he had no idea anything was being delivered. FRP handled this perfectly and I'll definitely use them in the future for like-deliveries. They also offered the convenience of using a credit card which was helpful considering I'm 2000 miles away. Thanks Mark for your help in making this a special surprise. I really appreciate your time and effort.
