First and last time I use this business. very poor costumer service b y the owner. I rented a floor sander on Saturday morning when I get it to the job it didn't work. the machine was dead! I returned it and was told that it was closing time by the two remaining employees who were just locking up and told to come back on Monday. When I spoke to the owner on the phone he told me the same and couldn't have cared less that I had hired people for the job and it was costing me money. They did offer to "let me use" a buffer that was worthless for stripping floors. When I went back on Monday I was told that the owner was off for the holiday and I would have to come back when he was there. I ask when that would be and no one could say other than "try tomorrow"

Move on to another rental company. We rented a $375.00 Jumper from Grand Rental Station in Clinton, NC for our son's birthday with a contract that said we could have it for 24 hours but we only had it 6 hours because they said they never leave their jumpers over night and they wanted to pick up the jumper BEFORE they closed. So essentially, they charge you the full rate but pick up and drop off at their convenience and for this particular item, when they decide to come and a yard full of children watch the Jumper leave, as a parent, you are livid. As a lawyer, the breaches in the contract are absolutely blatant which is something we will take care of judicially, but for young children, do not deal with a company that is absolutely NOT child friendly. We are from California so they did assume they would never hear from us again. But I do want parents of small children to be forewarned.
