After speaking the poultry department regarding my totally messed up order since Sept 29, 2015 as shown, they agreed to look into several issues for me LOST ITEM Feed-O-Matic Chicken Feeder SKU: HAF12F Oddly enough I ordered more than one Item from www.Hogslat.com all items were delivered in a timely manner, however the Feed-O-Matic could not be found, the label on this item only was entered wrong by the https://www.Hogslat.com Internet department.

I spent and outrageous amount of time over the telephone and the Internet with www.Hogslat.com Company and UPS who continued to refer me back to the seller www.Hogslat.com, as the responsible party My time is as EQUALLY AS VALUABLE AS Theirs From September 29 to October, 08 2015.

Internet Rep. Cameron Watson was the one and only person I dealt with. He had a haughty attitude determined to NOT accept any responsibility for what had occurred with an improper labeling by www.Hogslat.com and is still ongoing, with only 1 item my order. I have the feeling he could care less about customer service and is focused more on selling. Although he used the term " I am sorry" he immediately followed with insults to both me and UPS and exclaimed how he looked up the wrong zip code on his records of the label and it is a Zip code for my town is Arizona therefore UPS should have delivered it. What a moron, during his continued argumentative RANT about this not being his responsibility, I had to hang up on him and his verbal customer abuse.

This led me to scrutinize my billing/invoice. As far as I can tell www.Hogslat.com not a legally defined NEXUS Company, nor do they show a Nexus footprint in my State of AZ. They billed me Sales Tax across State lines. When I mentioned this to Cameron Watson, He insisted that www.Hogslat.com / WWW.HOGSLAT.BIZ is legally allowed to charge customers Sales TAX. THEY ARE NOT allowed to call it "Sales Tax" for the purpose of deceiving customers, there are many ways Companies bump up Invoices and other Names for those bumps are used, but sales tax is not one of them. I expressed to Cameron Watson, before I contact the IRS about this small charge I will need his Legal Nexus www.Hogslat.com Location in the State Of ARIZONA ASAP. I have yet to receive the info. FYI a Nexus footprint is a physical building in your state, it can be a warehouse, an office, or even a Company Owners residence home office for www.Hogslat.com. Using Google there is no such NEXUS.

When I confronted Cameron Watson as to why he does not use a more economical method of shipping. He replied that it is for insurance purposes. I phoned UPS and they told me Insurance was not purchased on my package. That after a certain amount of time only www.Hogslat.com / WWW.HOGSLAT.BIZ would receive a lost package refund.

My side of the investigation into this matter, has taken too many twists and turns to demonstrate to me that www.Hogslat.com is a reputable trust worthy business. I have no intention of ever ordering from www.Hogslat.com again, the continued browbeating was not with it after they had my money. This morning UPS tracking website shows a claim was filed by www.Hogslat.com / WWW.HOGSLAT.BIZ to be reimbursed.

After another restless night I contacted my Credit Card Company this morning and filed a feud Dispute to get a refund from these JERKS. Buyer Beware.
