I DO NOT recommend this place. My grandmother passed away in January of this year and we came to this establishment in hopes that they could place a beautiful headstone on her grave. We paid for the headstone in full by mid-February but did not receive the headstone until September! During this time, we received no phone calls with updates. We had to keep calling them and kept getting met with excuses. Even still, we were patient because we knew that COVID effected a lot of businesses. When they finally did place the headstone, it was facing backwards and incomplete. We once again had to call to let them know about their mistake. Fast forward to November, they JUST finally placed the picture on the headstone to complete it. At this point we’re very upset because this whole process was just so unnecessarily frustrating. They didn’t even offer to compensate us for the time they wasted. We had to ask and the only thing that was offered was that they would reimburse for half of the cost of the picture. I would never recommend to place to anyone. Horrible customer service.
