In a word, terrible! Bought a 2006 BMWX5 from this dealer. Was informed it was a great car, had been over it with a complete check up, and it was great. They said it was the personal SUV of a local Dealer of BMW, and was an outstanding car. After three weeks, the fuel pump went out. I called to ask for their help in repairing it, but they said "AS-IS". $1005 out of my pocket to repair something that was an existing problem prior to my purchase, and was not disclosed. The reason I know this is that the Certified BMW Mechanic that fixed the SUV stated that the gas tank floats were not accurate, which made the car run very low on gas when the gauge reads half of a tank. Prolonged exposure to this issue will burn up pump - which is what we had here. 3 weeks did not burn up the pump. It is an additional $1100 to replace the floats!

Additionally, I found out that the car had been bought at auction, and was not from" a Local Dealer". After trying to work with this dealer on some form of compensation for the costs of the repair, I go tired of getting strung out by the GMs on how they needed to get everyone together in managerment to discuss it. It has been over 6 months, they are still waiting for the meeting I guess. I would not buy from these "gentlemen" again, and strongly suggest others tread lightly!! I am considering taking them to small claims court over misleading me on the origin, and the issues with the pump.
