Prestage Farms is one of the leading producers of pork and poultry products in North America. It produces more than 400 million pounds of turkey annually. The farm works with a team of over 1,000 staff members. Prestage Farms nearly 700 farm families to raise hogs and turkeys. The farm also produces approximately 600 million pounds of pork annually. It operates Prestage Farms of Iowa, which is a pork production division that operates more than 250 swine finishing buildings. Prestage Farms poultry division breeds, hatches, feeds, and markets turkeys. It hatches nearly 300,000 baby turkeys and poults weekly in North Carolina.
