Sampson Regional Medical Center provides community health care programs and medical services for residents and visitors of Sampson County and the surrounding communities of North Carolina. The hospital was founded in November of 1949 and is a nonprofit organization. Sampson County is the owner of Sampson Regional Medical Center and leases the hospital to Sampson Regional Medical Center, Inc. to operate the hospital.
