What a find. A small shop with great items and friendly knowledgeable peopls. Sure beats going to the Big Box stores or the stuffy so called high end shops. Joe, Chris and Dave all are warm friendly and even when very busy find time to help you out. They definately have done things for me over and above what is necessary. I highly reccomen you drop in you will not be sorry.

For someone like myself who is not good with this stuff it is so nice to know I can come in tell what I am looking to do and you will make the recommendation and explain why. For me the most important thing is the fact that if I had a problem setting the equipment up you guys would work me through it, or if need be come out to my home and get it setup. I have been dealing with your company for about 10 years now, and the main reason why I would never go anywhere else is the customer service. For someone like me who is intimidated by this high end equipment your service is priceless. From the first TV, to my receiver, to the second TV, the B&W speakers, and now my new OPPO I can’t say enough good things about your people.I would recommend your company to anyone who wants to have a truly great experience from start to finish. Every time I have gone to your company I have always received exceptional customer service.

I thought they where fantastic. Joe had installed my system, and I couldn't be happier. A month latter I had forgotten how to use part of my system and had called his cellphone on Easter Sunday and he had gotten back to me with in 20 minutes to help me resolve the issue. Thats customer service!

We had a tv installation scheduled a few weeks ago. No one showed up. When I called, the first story I heard was the installer had a dentist appt. I asked why they didn't let me know that, and received no answer to that. Then, when I called back later to speak to the sales rep, they told me I never had an appt. to begin with, although we had confirmed it the day before. When I asked to speak to the sales rep, he was "with another customer" for 5 hours, and never even called me back. The employee "Joe" that I spoke with was borderline rude and disrespectful, and it was obvious that he could not have cared less about what had happened. Afterwards, I contacted the owner by email and told him of our experience. When I didn't hear back from him, I printed out a hard copy of the email and mailed it. To this day, I have never heard from him. With this kind of customer service, I'm glad we didn't have them install our TV. It probably would have fallen off the wall. Don't use them!
