Provided by YP.comI thought my problems will be fixed and with their monthly plan, there wont be any more troubles but unfortunately i found out that these guys are running a scam, they have hired the most lazy people who only pretend that they are working. I told them to remove mice bodies, the first guy left some behind, the second was so lazy that all he was saying “ Sir I have other appointments to make” really? Is that how you take care of your customers, this guy recovered one dead mice that first one left behind but then this second guy left some glue boards and snap traps with year old dead mice behind in our crawl space, not only that both did not clean the spider webs outside, anyone can come to my home and see for themselves, their spiders and bugs spray is useless, the clinton nj manager JOE is the rude person i have ever come accross, he kept defending his lazy workers who just dont care to fix the problems, not only that joe clearly said “it is not my job to prevent mice from enetring your home” right so you wont close entry points so that i can continue to have this problem so that you can continue to leech me. Now due to all this I'm having inspection issues, I wish someone had told me about these scammers, as a responsible citizen im warning you to research before making the mistake of signing up with this scam company.

Provided by YP.comCompletely incompetent! Beware this company! I called there two weeks ago to schedule bed bug treatments (had to schedule 3 appointments each one two weeks apart). The first appointment was for this morning and they were a NO SHOW. Called them only to find out that my appointments weren't even in their system! What?? Now, where did I get my 3 (THREE!) appointment dates and times? And I had to take time off work to for this! Obviously this is a company that is completely disorganized! Only thing they would do was re-schedule my appointment for the following week... No way! DO NOT DEPEND ON THESE PEOPLE!

Provided by YP.comTook over a week for appt. I needed to be available from 11-3. Near the appt date, I called to say I wouldn't be available until 11:30. They canx the appt and scheduled one 10 days later. That appt came and went with nothing. I called to find out about the appt. Customer service said they left the driver and message and had to wait for a call back. I have 2 kids and ants. I don't have time for this. I have no idea how their extermination is, but I know their customer service is aweful.

Provided by YP.comI reported rats in our garage, but exterminator came prepared only to treat mice. All he had done is to fill our existing rats’ traps with the peanut butter. Per contract, the facility had to be monitored for 30 days, but no one from Viking came back, or called, or returned my calls and email. Will never work with these people again.
Dear iklmi10, I find your review very hard to believe, but I would like to make sure that if you have paid for service with Viking that you get a standard service for a rat extermination. As far as no one calling you back, we are open M-F 8AM - 7PM, Sat 8AM - 3PM and answer every call with a live customer service representative. Messages are checked every morning the next day. Emails are received and responded to by either myself or another coworker and I don't recognize this complaint. If you paid for a 30 day service guarantee, we always go back out with no charge within that timeframe. Provided by YP.comWe had ants in our kitchen and then they ended up everywhere in the house. I called two companies and the other rubbed me the wrong way. The service technician and inspector from Viking were both professional and knew a lot about the ants. Since the first service I had them come back out one time and there was no charge. Thanks for all your help, I haven't seen an ant in over a month!

Provided by YP.comI had 3 different estimates, and Viking was definitely the best service available. Their service was much more thorough, and the man who came to my house was much more professional than any other service company I have used before.
They also were cheaper. I have no more bugs and would reccommend them to anyone! Thanks.
