Your City Tree

It's unfortunate that we have to give this poor rating. Our problem began at the end of July 2016 when we hired Your City Tree to remove a tree with it's stump and attached roots. While the tree itself was removed safely, the stump was not completely ground out. It was several days later that we noticed the situation and contacted the company. They agreed to call the grinder back, hopefully that Saturday. Then we never heard from them again.
We continued making calls and finally were told the job was scheduled for that Saturday. Again no one showed up or even called.
Giving them every opportunity to make good on their contract has proven fruitless. And are forced to brand them with a "lack of integrity" label.
Should the company propose this situation as an oversight and actually resolve the matter, to restore their good work ethics....we will publicly submit on this site that they did finally complete the job they were paid to do, and give a better rating.
