Took in our ski for service and it sat for 1 1/2+ months before even being seen! Not ONly did they update us with misinformation and lie to us about it being seen on numerous occasions, their slowness caused the warranty on the motor to expire! Tommy's Motorsports knew about the warranty expiration date and said since it was in for repair before the expiration date, that it would be covered under warranty. It is NOT covered, costing us around $2000 for a new one with installation!!!!!!!

Tommy himself called us. He said he did not have time to deal with us. He had no remorse for the disservice he brought us WHatsoever! He wouldn't even answer our questions!

The service department at Tommy's Motorsports is the worst I've ever dealt with. Be wise and go anywhere else if you can!

Really? I get to this place 5 hours before the place closes. Cash in hand and wanting to buy a rzr. Well 1 hour after buisness hours I an still waiting on paper work that was done when I first got there. The customer service was awfull, the people was short in talking ans didn't seem to want to help.. fed up with this.wouldn't recommend stopping by.

Called Tommy's for a price on a few items. All were in the range I was expecting and normal for about any stealership. I didn't want to wait on shipping, so I decided to just by them local since I heard such good things about this place. I was very disappointed when I actually went in that not only had all of the prices I was quoted hours earlier suddenly went up but when I mentioned that I called first I was treated very rudely. Magically after another attempt to up sell, less expensive parts were available. The only thing good about my experience with Tommy's was they made decision to buy off the Internet very easy.
