George, his father and his employees are trust worthy people, they do good work and can virtually do it all quality diagnosis and repair. I would recommend action auto to anyone.

1 year later and my car is still running great after the first job they did for me, but I was in need of some suspension work so I came back. ( Grand Marquis ) Again they did a fantastic job and quickly might I add. They were quick about my timing chain replacement last year too.

If ethics are important to you in your mechanic and you are in the Macomb County Area then there really isn't any other choice then Action Automotive. I hadn't visited the shop for over a year and George remembered me immediately. If you are looking for a shop that has an small towns charming friendly service but in one of the largest counties of the state Action is for you. I can't really say enough nice stuff about George his father and his employees. I've been to a lot of shops over the years because I always own used vehicles and none has ever treated me or my vehicles with the respect they deserve.

If you lack car knowledge, and are afraid of getting duped or scammed you wont find that here ethics are paramount to this family business and it shows. George even got his degree in criminal justice before returning to work at the family business. You don't need to ask to see your pulled parts it's standard that they show you every nut and bolt they replaced you could even take the metal for scrap.

If you depend on your vehicle and it needs work I really recommend you give Action Automotive a chance, whether you need the daily driver to get the kids into school or need your truck fixed so you can get back to the job-site asap George and his father have got your back. There are no special coupons, no gimmicks, just the kind of service and mechanical knowledge that builds repeat customers. If you visit you'll end up like me and telling everyone you meet with car troubles they should take it to Action Automotive

I brought my 2005 Pontiac Sunfire in for a repair on the instrument cluster my speedometer stopped working. George was very helpful in explaining how a cluster panel works it is a very nice place they fixed it for a very reasonable price I would recommend them and I would take my car back for any repair. Took my Ford Escape to Action Auto off Groesbeck and 15 Mile and I'm glad I did... George and his staff knew an immediate solution to my radiator making a gurgling water sound. Plus because these folks are ethical, unlike most auto repair shops I've been to, I probably paid MUCH less than anywhere else to fix this crazy problem. Thanks again!! :)
