waited three days for them to show up to do a simple repair. this is day 6, haven't heard from them since 3 days ago saying they would be out in a couple of hours.....
I am giving one star because I am required to to post this comment.

Cody and Jeff just left our home after repairing our shutoff under the kitchen sink and replacing the main shut off valve. They were terrific. Job well done. Recommend them highly.

This was AWESOME! Sunday morning no heat on the coldest day of the year. This was the third place I called but the first real person answered the phone. The tech guy called me within 15 minutes and wanted to walk through the issues - turned out all I needed was two double A batteries in the thermostat. I replaced them and my heat kicked on. The guy could have come out looked at the system dusted it off looked at the connections, replaced the batteries and charged me 200 bucks and I might have never known it was just $1.69. I will have them on the speed dial if something comes up again! Thanks guys.

I had America Plumbing out to clear a clogged main sewer line on 8/13/2014. When they arrived I told them the source of the problem was tree roots. They said they ran their snake all the way to the sewer line and the clog was cleared. On 8/28/2014, the line was clogged again. I called American Plumbing back because the receipt stated they have a 90 day warranty and I verified there would be no additional costs. They came back and ran a camera in the line to discover tree roots (which I already told them was the problem). The second time they ran a different snake through the line and cleared the roots. They now are trying to charge me an additional $145 for the second snaking when I already paid $145 for the first snaking that didn't work! They didn't complete the job adequately the first time and offer a 90 day warranty. How can they justify charging me another $145? I cannot recommend American Plumbing Heating and Cooling Inc. in good faith. Avoid them if you can. They DO NOT stand by their warranty.
