Terrible! Bad service couldn't quote me on parts on the phone also very rude. Individual said the only way he could quote me is to charge me the $40.00 to look at it. Even though I asked for a specific part.

We just moved into a new neighborhood far from my old mechanic. I found this auto-lab on the yellow pages and was very nervous about going somewhere new & getting ripped off. However I had nothing to worry about here! I brought my car in at 430pm, they called by 540pm to diagnosis it and give me the cost. Then my car was completely ready in 24 hours! I got a large amount of work done ($800.00 worth) and they noticed another problem after quoting me and they went ahead and fixed it for free! Fast, friendly and they even showed me the parts that were replaced and where the problems were. 12 months/12 thousand mile warranty and all Napa parts! They have earned a customer for life!!
