I mistakingly called the wrong Carlos pizza, and when I called to cancel the transaction the girl on the phone gave me nothing but problems. I asked to speak to the manager and he cussed me out then hung up on me. Again, I called, was put on hold and they never picked up. I called again and asked to speak to the owner, the girl was extremely rude, I finally spoke to the manager again who continued to be extremely unprofessional and hung up again. I highly recommend nobody ever orders pizza from here just for the fact that they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Horrible restaurant, horrible employees and horrible service. Keeping that up, I don't expect them to be open much longer. So digested.

Carlos on Hayes Road serves the best pizza in town. Quality cheese with bountious toppings. Never a need to order extra cheese or sauce. The dough is always fresh and light, unlike some who serve tough not-risen old dough. I'm a picky pizza afficianado, so believe me, you won't be disappointed. The employees are groomed and dress appropiately. The kitchen and prep area is meticulously clean & sterlile.

This pizza is wonderful! Great value for the price. Staff is always friendly and efficient. We have a lot of locations for pizza in the area, but I Carlos is the very best.

The food was great and at an very reasonable price. For the price we got a good amount of food. We will definitely be ordering again!

Had this pizza for the first time at a friends-daughters Bday party...it was so good I wanted to have it for my own daughters Bday party. It was a hit, everyone loved it and several have asked for the name/number and are using it for their own family dinners/events. The Antipasta salad is the best! They have a great price on party trays and the food is as good as, even better than, any I have had anywhere else. My only complaint is there is no online website for accessing a menu.
