My home studio is set up with 2 sets of drums where I can play side by side with my students. Learning by example is an important part of the teaching process. Most music studios do not have 2 sets of drums. I also teach with more than just books. I work with music using CD's. I have a stereo with large speakers to compete with the volume of the drums. I also have a waiting area for parents while the lesson is taking place.

Associations

I am a professional drummer. For the last 20 years, I have played in a number of bands all over Michigan. I have also taught in many Detroit Area Music Stores.
