I agree with all of the reviews, but for me it goes a bit deeper the staff is a mess they broke into my apartment and I was sitting in my parking space and seen Wyhatt come out of my door and Shawn was the look out which are the 2 Maintenance men there and he come to my van and say OH YOUR BACK and they both are still working there and the police came and that's when I noticed my jewelry missing off of my table which I can never get back or get paid for them from my rental insurance because the person who gave it to me has passed away I have pictures but no receipt. So I moved because I no longer felt safe I have a son who is 14 if he had came home or had been home I don't know what would have happen that is how people get killed. PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE IT IS A DEATH TRAP AND ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND THE OFFICE MANAGER WILL MAKE YOU CHOKE HER AMBER. I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT. AS FAR AS THE POLICE HE TOLD ME I WATCH TOO MUCH TV ON CRIME STORY'S REALLY !! I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK.

DO NOT RENT HERE! No working A/C. Took 7 weeks for them to fix mine and it worked for a week. My neighbor has been without for two and a half months!!!! I will not even bother putting in a request for it to be fixed because I am certain there will be snow on the ground faster than them fixing it. Open a window you say??? That would be great if I had screens on them! Been on a waiting list for window screens since NOVEMBER last year and it is now end of August the following year. The people at the office are rude and do not care one bit about you or your concerns. ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT there is screaming, pounding on doors, partying, car alarms going off. And I do not feel safe here whatsoever. I cannot wait for my lease is up. I fantasize daily about finally being free from this hell pit. This place does not even deserve the ONE star but this site obligates at least that.

I would not suggest moving here unless you have no other choice, and you need time to find a place to call "Home". The thing I don't like about this place is that they keep raising your rent every year. For no reason, they said they can until rent reaches "Market Value". There are no perks. You get a gym membership to a gym that has broken down/old equipment & a pool that was closed down half the summer. Only water included. You pay for everything else & carport is extra. Every weekend I come home there is no place to park. I have to park in front of someone else's building & risk walking in the dark. I'm not paying $720 a month for a one bedroom. This is my last year here after 3 years.

While I completely agree with the review I read about this complex being a 'mini ghetto', I would also like to add how THIN the walls are. All hours of the day and night you can hear people yelling inside and outside their apartments, and even in the parking lot. I made the mistake of thinking this location would be nice once I had a look at the model you are first shown = WRONG! My neighbors above me sound like elephants that are going to cave through the roof at any given time, I can hear their video games (Call of Duty) all hours of the day and night, my other neighbors next door to me are constantly yelling at their misbehaved children. All I do is work and sleep, but I have to go to the hotel my best friend manages in order to get some actual peaceful sleep. This is the worst place I have ever lived in almost 40 years so please don't fall victim like I did. People who live here are discourteous and just don't care how their actions effect others. I will be moving out IMMEDIATELY when my lease is up. Best of luck to whomever takes the risk like I did.

This apartment complex is BY far the worst place to live at. The tenants are loud, inconsiderate, abrasive and dirty. The office does not care about their tenants, they simply want their check.

There was an instance where the neighbors across the hall from us assaulted the neighbor gentleman kitty corner from us, and the office at first tried to brush it under the rug. Once a police report was filed, then they wanted to take action! 4 months later, the "assaulters" were FINALLY evicted (but still went back quite a few times to wash their laundry). The police were called several times on these people because they were believed to be drug dealers. They basically had a revolving door, and one night there was an altercation where a man was screaming in the breezeway that he wasn't leaving until he got his "sh**" and "he would die for it."

Cars were constantly being vandalized, car alarms would go off at all hours of the night/morning. Children ran around the building and parking lots like it was "Lord of the Flies." Children would go through the dumpsters and get the glass bottles out, and throwthem at the side of the dumpster. If you were to call the office they basically would say there was nothing they could do."

Tenants parked all the time in the handicapped parking spots, although they were not physically handicapped (mentally...maybe). There were no rules enforced, or notices sent out. They do not go through the proper channels to make sure that they are ensuring the well being and safety of their tenants. As stated before they do not care about anything but that monthly rent check.

The apartment complex themselves cannot be held responsible for ALL of the actions of their tenants, but they wonder why there is such a turn over rate there for tenants. People are moving in because the rent is cheap, but scrambling out because it's a mini-ghetto.

Their parking situations are terrible for pretty much each building. Some of the parking lots have telephone poles running right through them which limits the amount of parking spaces more. Alot of the tenants drive crap vehicles, so they don't sweat parking right on top of you, and putting dings in your door. They also don't mind driving around there piece of crap vans that is missing a muffler and exhaust, and stalls out every 5 damn minutes.

In the rental agreement it states "As a tenant you have the right to peace and quiet". This place is ANYTHING buuuuuutttt that!
