Nice Italian music playing in background adds a nice atmosphere, we were seated in minutes and fresh bread arrived quickly that was to die for! We split the meat lovers gnocchi. The portion was generous and had the perfect ratio of meat to gnocchi.

Water glasses were dirty, Caesar salad was awful, lettuce was brown, salad dressing was bad. Eggplant was the worst I've ever had. Wait staff very rude, unfriendly., and didn't know how to pronounce the names of the food let alone properly serve it. Won't be back, ever.

Simply put, horrible food, horrible service, dated environment, and overall a big mistake. From the beginning the wait staff was rude and sloppy, bringing us water in dirty glasses and making us wait to be seated when the restaurant was clearly empty. Salads had bottled dressing and ridiculously big pieces of lettuce. Entrees were bland, meatballs overcooked, eggplant soggy, and bread stale. I can say with certainty the highlight of the visit was the walk out.

From the moment we walked in we were disappointed. Glasses were dirty even on the second time we asked for fresh glasses. Bread was stale. The gnocchi was perfectly made and was actually the victim of every dish that we ordered at our table. Sauces were bland, eggplant Parmesan was truly a joke, One thin slice of breaded eggplant drowned in sauce. Food aside, the waitstaff should know how to pronounce what they are serving. I would never go back.

Actually went there 3 times in one week. I am hooked. Food is fresh and hot. Servers are all friendly and efficient. Chef comes to tables and chats with his patrons. Atmosphere is cozy. I highly recommend this new restaurant in Clinton Twp. MI.

Gnocchi was perfect and sauce was velvety and delicious. You have to try the wild mushroom soup too. Thanks Maegan !
