Every year we conduct our Satisfaction Survey (that we send to all of our consumers). In 2016 we scored a 97% for treating our clients with courtesy and respect, 97% for promptly answering and returning calls, 98% for being helpful and directing people to other sources if we cannot help them, and 100% of our consumers' surveys that we received indicated that they will continue to use LifeLong as their Fiscal Intermediary.
