DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! I used this limo company for my wedding summer 2010 after little research, and for a good price I booked them. They showed up a few minutes late no big deal. But when I walked onto the limo I immediately started to sweat! It was about 85 degrees this day and the humidity was at 90%. He had the windows open and no A/C running. It’s hard enough to be in a heavy wedding dress and to sit there with no A/C was almost unbearable. I had a pregnant bridesmaid too, and this was very uncomfortable for her as well as everyone else. We had paid a great deal for our makeup and we literally sweating it off. So when we got to the church I told the driver to have the limo cold when the ceremony was over and once again the windows were open and no A/C. There were scratches all over the ceiling and the A/C unit actually looked like it might fall out of the ceiling. The groom and groomsmen joined us at this point and couldn’t believe the appearance and the heat of the limo bus. We got off of the bus 30 minutes earlier than our allotted time because of how awful it was. When I called to complain the manager said maybe we had the heat on! I told him that the driver is in charge of the temperature not the passengers. He talked to me like I was an idiot. The cd player also took my cd and didn’t eject it out. They also charged up additional tip after saying it was included, and we gave the driver some cash as we felt this wasn’t his entire fault. So in the end I paid $72 more than quoted, and it was the absolute worse limo bus I had ever been on. I would never use this company again. If they had tried to hear me out when I complained, and refunded me some of the money then I wouldn’t have written this review, but they obliviously don’t believe in good customer service.
