Provided by YP.comTeenage daughter took her mini van in this past week. Service was professional and thoughtful. She felt very comfortable and the communication was good. She left saying, they were really nice.

Provided by YP.com5 * rating is not high enough for this business. We have been going to Mike since he was at Auto Lab in Clinton Twp. Have found him to personable, extremely knowledgeable, and honest to say the least. Have had other repair businesses overcharge, and tell me my car needed repairs that were not needed at that time. My family now also uses Metro Tire for the same reasons. I would not consider going to any other repair shop as long as Metro Tire is still available. All of the mechanics are well qualified as well. Sometimes the wait may be a little longer because of the volume of business they do, but believe me it is well worth the wait.!! I would recommend Metro Tire to anyone looking for a fair and honest repair shop!!

Provided by YP.comTook my car there because engine light was on and sputtering when driven. We needed the muffler fixed. When we called for the diagnosis they said it was the Catalytic converter. 450.00 and they were doing us a favor. When we picked it up it ran the same and engine light on. We took it back the next morning and the manager said he told us there were other problems. Go home and change some coils and that could be the problem. So my husband and son-in-law changed a coil for 50.00 and it runs fine. 550.00 we just spent for nothing! We received a car that was not even drivable. The manager said there were 17 warning lights. So he picked the most expensive. But he was doing us a favor since he knew we were on a budget? What if we were not on a budget? The whole engine? I gave this place a second chance but they failed big time!! 550.00??? Very upsetting! You can’t trust anyone! Thankfully my other car is leased under warranty.

Provided by YP.comAfter seeing the twitter post Iooked at my receipt.I found my parts were marked up over 200% as well and that the facility ID is not on my receipt either. I must have been one of the lucky ones because my car seems to be running right although I think owner's brother worked on my car because he was test driving it and telling me what was wrong with it. But according to owner he was just helping out and isn't a licensed mechanic

Provided by YP.comIM responding to post ontwitter. The old owner EJ was fantastic. New owner is a bozo. This place didn't fix my car at all when I brought it in. I can't verify that the parts our overcharged since I tossed receipt but my mechanic fixed work they did bcz they didn't know what they're doing. I would agree to avoid going to Metro Tire.

Provided by YP.comAfter seeing a previous review, which seems to have been removed, I looked over my receipt from Metro Tire from February and found how severely marked up the prices were by Metro Tire. The removed review is correct in that the owner does request cash and does give you a discount but parts are so overcharged it won't help you one bit. It's businesses run by idiots like this that give the auto repair business it's terrible image!!!

Provided by YP.comAfter years of professional quality service from the old management I will NOT go back. New people ordered wrong sensor valves for the new tires, had to go back ,waited 3 hours for them to put them on then was told they could not set the sensors because they didn't have a cord for my car model to set them. They told me I could go to Belle tire to have it set, after I paid this place $640.00 (& they requested it in cash). Followed with the comment "Well, we didn't have pressure sensors years ago". Was going out of town the next day. Yep, outside Dayton OH got gas noticed rear tire low, 12 lbs of pressure left, put air in, had to find a shop, found out both rear tires were low. Valves were not put on correctly & 2 wheels studs were off so instead of 6 On one of the wheels I only had 4. So the New Metro Tire People do Not care about the service or the safety of their customers. Guess What? I will follow their advice & go somewhere else!

Provided by YP.comI thought my brakes were going but it was only that I needed some lube for the caliper. He not only got it in right away but he did not charge for that service. Overall I have taken my cars to them for 3 different things over the past 2 months and they have been great with service, being quick to get back to me and with their prices. I am highly recommending them to my family and friends!

Provided by YP.comThis shop was a nightmare took my truck in for a leaking brake line they fixed that but dent rear quarter panel broke tail light and twisted and bent bumper then said someone from the gas station did it, but was very apparent it happened in there shop. They said they would pay for repairs but refused too after getting quotes from bump shops now its off to small claims court. I would not recommed this company.
