Went looking for insurance for my TOOLS to protect from theft on Vacant parcel to install a driveway. I need a driveway for a address. Built a pole barn structure to put tools in, 4 walls, steel roof, with a LOCK and a security camera. They SOLD ME A POLICY, which lasted 1 1/2 weeks before they canceled it w/ a vague letter in the mail. Went in to ask the reason for cancelation, was told they couldnt FIND the BUILDING! Turns out they either NEVER ACTUALLY SENT SOMEONE or they sent them to the WRONG LOCATION. Was told they sent someone out with a DRONE! You can LITERALLY see the building on GOOGLE MAPS. I asked them for the date/ time/ car for when they sent someone out. They told me they would put in for the insurance again. 2 weeks later, they never called, just NOTHING! Went back in and was told they would send someone out numerous times. I offered to go out there, drive the guy, on their time frame, hold his hand, etc. 2 weeks of EXCUSES and them telling me they sent NUMEROUS PEOPLE OUT THERE. Made a 20min long VIDEO RECORDING from the FREE WAY catching every road sign, Mail box addresses of my neighbors, and walking to the building. I literally caught this woman SERIAL LYING over 15 times. THEY SENT NOBODY TO CONFIRM THE BUILDING 16x. Have a security camera at the front of the property and NOBODY STOPPED to look. They kept changing their stories, making up excuses. On the final day I went to confront Mike and the nutty woman and this woman just basically had a MELT DOWN, trying to make up reasons they wouldnt insure. I NEVER KNEW GETTING INSURANCE WOULD BE MORE DIFFICULT THEN FILING A CLAIM! Makes me wonder how difficult the claim would be.

This is NOT the place you want to get insurance in my opinion. It was a screaming daycare center when I was there, they were very unprofessional, they were incredibly unhelpful, rude, and they just kept LYING.
