I kinda find it hard to believe, that they would crack a customers window and not fix it.I worked for Bill and the general manager Dave many years ago as a detail manager.Bill ran a honest business and traveled around the world to other car washes to make his the best.I never had any complaints about my detailing. Matter of fact I succeed most customers expectations on what they thought there car was going to look like.Im sure Bill has a qualified candidate doing them now. I wish I still had the opportunity to work with his team. He is a fair man and I had some growing up too do is the only reason I'm not there now. So if people read negative comments about this place don't let them detour u from at least giving them a try they do a great job. Sincerely John Graham

Cracked my windshield while detailing my truck and would not do anything. Terrible customer service and sub par detailing.. Don't waste your time or money!!
