First off let me tell you that they are under new management- I asked them that she to the way they treated me. I always got great service in the past.

After a long day of work on New years eve- I ordered a family platter to pick up on the way home. I reminded them to put garlic in with my order due to them forgetting it before.

After getting home, my order was incorrect and half cold. When I called they asked me if I wanted to bring the meal back up and they would exchange it out. My family already started eating and it was freezing outside. Absolutely not- I'm not coming back up there today! He gave me his name and assured me that they would take care of me next time I was there. I called just a few days ago ordered the same family platter I always get- explained what happened last time and gave the name of the person I spoke to over the phone on new years eve.

When I went to pick up my order he charged me full price- I asked him what about the discount for the incorrect (and cold) order you guys was supposed to give me. He looked at me like I was asking for the world. Gave me 10% off and had an attitude while we penned up everything to make sure everything was there this time.

I should of touched the food , grape leaves were cold again and rice as well). Needless to say, due to the way he made me feel so much of an inconvenience, is what made me ask him if they were under new management. I knew the answer before he told me, the environment had changed entirely- I will not return again.

Just average taste. Ordered shish kabab and lentil soup as well as carrot juice. They put ice in the juice. That is a deal breaker. Also thought the food was overpriced for the portion size. Agree with other reviewer; stick to your already favorite mediterreanean restaurant.

I order the tawook sandwich and I am hooked. The garlic dip is amazing. Will be back

the food was AMAZING!!! there isnt a place like this around here so im glade that there is one close by.

Ordered Chicken Shish Kebob with rice and a large tabbouleh salad. Kebob was fine, nothing spectacular, but the kebob and rice were cold when I got it home ( I Iive 5 minutes away). I wonder if it was even made to order.



The tabbouleh salad was at least 4-5 days old, had little flavor and they had not washed the parsley sufficiently so it had sand in it; nice and crunchy Mmmm.



If you've been wondering about this place, as I was, save your money and continue going to your favorite Middle Eastern restaurant, it's definitely not worth it

The food was okay except for the sweet potato fries that my wife ordered that were soaked in oil, but the service was terrible. We ordered takeout. It took them 20 minutes to make the food and another 5 minutes for the guy at the counter to put the half dozen takeout boxes into a bag. There are MUCH better middle eastern places. For example Alexander's Lebanese Cuisine near 13 and Schoenherr.
